Hello ^_^ my name is riece, creator of this site! This website is designed to serve as a long-form version of my twitter/X archive blog account fllrescent. For those of you that don't know me I am a black queer biomed student who dabbles in art and game development for funsies. The portfolio page features both my both game dev projects and miscellaneous artwork of different mediums, while the shop page will direct you to my depop where certain pieces are up for sale. Some reoccuring topics you'll see me post about on my blog:

• Fashion History & Current Events ~ Fashion history is one of my biggest interests so I always have alot to say about specific designers, techniques, shows, anything really. I plan on eventually making a full page to showcase my favorite runways but for now it will likely be various unorganized rants. (I am also a veryy amateur designer so I'll feature my own works, which are usually inspired by or recreations of pieces by my favorite designers, on my portfolio page.)
• CDS + Books ~ I've been collecting CDs since 2021 in an effort to switch from relying primarily on digital to physical media, this includes buying from artists I support and burning my own (usually from recorded youtube dj sets) and designing covers for them. I also love literature and am often buying new books or buying physical copies of ebooks I've read. I am always open to reccomendations !
• Collections ~ For the sake of avoiding falling into consumerist habits, I try to be mindful about my trinket collection and avoid buying mass-produced low quality trinkets (such as those found on temu), and collect either vintage or purposeful items (blankets, mugs etc, things I can use in my daily life.) That being said, I collect snoopy, crayon shin-chan and hysteric glamour (yes that's where the site name comes from} branded merch/trinkets
